Partnerships

Let's make the drive part of the experience.

Passenger Seat tells people about the history, landmarks, and towns passing outside the car, hands free. If your customers, guests, riders, or community spend time on the road, there may be something useful—and genuinely fun—to build together.

Who it could be for

Anywhere the journey matters.

These are starting points, not velvet ropes. If people spend time driving before, during, or after an experience with your brand, the conversation is probably worth having.

Campervan & RV companies

Give renters something memorable between pickup and the campsite: stories about the towns, landmarks, and history going by their windows.

Possibilities

Start concrete. Leave room for surprise.

A useful partnership does not need to begin with a giant integration or a rigid playbook. It needs a real audience, a moment on the road, and a simple reason for someone to try it.

01

A perk people can actually use

Offer guests, renters, riders, or members a redemption code for a defined trip, campaign, or welcome period.

02

A better arrival

Introduce visitors to a destination during the drive from the airport, rental counter, hotel, or first stop.

03

A reason to share the ride

Build a founder test drive, creator route, guest challenge, or real-world story around what someone discovers along the way.

04

A small experiment first

Try one location, one route, one group of customers, or one short campaign before deciding what a larger partnership should become.

05

A two-way recommendation

Explore referrals, affiliate arrangements, bundles, or co-marketing when both audiences genuinely benefit.

06

An idea nobody has named yet

If Passenger Seat sparks a different idea, bring it. The best fit may not look like a traditional sponsorship or affiliate program.

A practical first step

See if it works before making it complicated.

A focused pilot creates something real to react to. The exact shape can change, but a first collaboration might look like this.

  1. 01

    Pick the moment

Start with one useful point in the journey: booking, pickup, arrival, check-in, or the drive itself.

  2. 02

    Shape a simple offer

Choose an audience and invitation. That could be a guest code, a shared route idea, a referral, or a small co-marketing test.

  3. 03

    Run it small

Keep the first version focused enough to launch, support, and learn from without a long integration project.

  4. 04

    Decide what is worth growing

Review redemptions, feedback, and the goals agreed on up front. Then refine it, expand it, or take the lesson and try something else.

Questions

The useful details.

Enough structure to make a conversation productive, without deciding the answer before hearing the idea.

Is there a fixed partnership program?

No. Passenger Seat is open to pilots, customer perks, referral or affiliate relationships, bulk access, content collaborations, and ideas that do not fit a standard label. The structure should match the people and the moment it is meant to serve.

Do we need a large audience?

Not necessarily. A local hotel, a small rental fleet, or an independent driver may have a more relevant moment with customers than a much larger general audience. Fit and a useful experience matter more than follower count alone.

Can Passenger Seat provide redemption codes?

Yes. A partnership can include a code for a defined audience or pilot. The details, duration, and limits can be shaped around the idea before anything launches.

Can we request a custom route, story theme, or branded experience?

Bring the idea. Custom work is not an automatic part of every partnership, but it is worth discussing when it makes the drive more useful or memorable. Passenger Seat will be clear about what is available now and what would require something new.

What does a first conversation need?

A polished proposal is not required. Share who you serve, where driving fits into their experience, and the rough idea you want to explore. If you already know the market, season, route, or size of a possible pilot, include that too.

How should Passenger Seat be used in a vehicle?

Set it up before moving, keep the phone down, and let the narration play hands free. Any partnership involving professional drivers also needs to respect local laws, platform rules, company policies, and rider preference.

Bring the rough idea

What could we try together?

Share who you serve, where driving fits into their experience, and the smallest useful version you can imagine. A polished proposal is not required.

The road is the limit

Have an idea that could make the ride better?

Send the rough version. Say who it is for, where the drive fits, and what you would love to try. Passenger Seat will help figure out whether there is a practical first step.
